Nice! I'm also hoping for results around then so KSS Unit has plenty of time to prepare for their first release.

Wasn't Sumire and Roko from Ocha Norma also announced around this time?

I think it was the last KSS recital for the year where they were announced, so just a few weeks before the New Year. I may be wrong though.

The 4th round (training camp / test) has been completed and only successful applicants have been invited for the 5th round.

Like before :

5th Round : The finalists wear a white dress. The final round of judging includes singing another required song given (Different song from the 4th round) and a Q&A session in front of higher ups (with the Upfront president). The judges decide if they pass or not.

The Hello Project Winter 2024 concerts seems likely to when they will be unveiled.

New members in the new year (assuming there's winners) seems all but certain at this point.

Will they announce the new members of the new unit (and other groups if so) and new traines, or will they just stick with new members and the traines some time later, like they have been doing it

Usually it's new members first, and then by the time of the next recital we find out if any who didn't win were picked up as trainees.
