I'm looking forward to watching this event at some point (Maopin's too!). Her costume seems a bit nurse-inspired with the hat and gloves. I think Anmi had a hat like that at their first Budoukan. Yuumi's speaking skills last year were a bit awkward (but it was endearing). I wonder how she did this year.

It's actually 80s idol inspired. A lot of idols in that era wore gloves and big hair ribbons or hats on their head.

Chisato Moritaka, Matsuda Seiko to name a few. Moritaka really made it more of a fashion statement. Seiko did it as a means to give off a pure image.
