ANGERME Hashisako Rin and Tamenaga Shion are featured in JUNON magazine July 2023 (May 22nd release), in an issue featuring a voting contest for the top 200 male talent. They are the only two girls on the cover for some strange reason, while the rest of the female idols are just listed in name. WTF?

Hello! Project no Chotto Omoshiroi Hanashi ~Kimi ni Tsutaetai Monogatari Season 3~ #73

ANGERME's female manager suggested a fun idea with Kawamura and Layla. Layla talking in the background confirms this idea with Kawamura. Their idea was to have their manager call all the tired members in the morning to wake them up and record each of their "Good Morning" greetings. Kawamura Ayano plays all of the recordings including her voice. They laugh at their "good morning" voices. Some of their voices are unusually low, and some of them going really high. Kamikokuryo and Take-chan sound the same.

Apparently, the manager tried to call Kawana Rin many times, but she just didn't wake up to answer the manager's call, and couldn't get a recording of her after waking up. After waking up, Kawana Rin realized she forgot to do the "good morning" greeting, so her recording was different from everyone else's because she was already awake.



This is one of the most entertaining stories of the year alongside Tamenaga Shion eating a burger.

Some things I took away from watching this!

MM'23

- Feels like both Ako and Haruka are decent singers out of the gate, but I think Ako is the better dancer.
- Sakurai came off very polite and well-spoken, I didn't know she had that kind of style to her, may keep an eye out
- STILL, NO SINGLE ANNOUNCEMENT?!?
- Liked that Haruka likes Homare!

ANGERME

- Goto and Shimoitani I think will fit in just fine
- Only Takechan would friggin tell Yukiho over some sushi~
- Surprised that we didn't get the group's reaction (here and for Juice=Juice)

Juice=Juice

- Kawashima came off to me as if that wasn't where she wanted to join (not cold, but passive?), but it could be offset by her quiet demeanor

Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '23

- This is probably where I'm conflicted the most? They're debuting the unit next year, but looking at the 7 in the group, I'm having a hard time getting excited here for basically OCHA NORMA 2. I'm hoping there'll be a single for the 2 songs they've been currently performing, but I don't know....other than Karin (and maybe Ayana and Rena), the other members aren't the strongest out there, so this new audition may be there to add more singers?
- Leaving Kawano, Makino, and Hayashi as the last KSS members (I think this is the only time since 1st Gen, where it's literally just members off a generation, is wild to me...I get a feeling that if they don't add new members here with the June Recital, it's safe to bet that maybe they'll be ending the program, I only say this because the Shindan Test this year was kind of light and the awards were just best performance.
- With the Unit debuting, that gives us 7 units...comes off as a little overkill considering how large all these groups are. Honestly, it's just too many groups now with too many members involved

After seeing Haruka's first pictures, she sort of reminded me of Yanamin. But seeing her in motion, she reminds me more of Kaedy.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Angerme and Juice=Juice meet the new members. I also hope that next week's Haro Dori shows us KSS unit members' individual reactions.
