UTB magazine vol.324 April 2023 issue will be a special Morning Musume. '23 issue, release is February 20th.

Makino Maria will celebrate her 22nd birthday on February 2nd. This year, as an adult woman and as Morning Musume, the 20 pages at the beginning of the magazine are a must-see, with the theme of a new journey, expressing a brand new heart, all in white. The newly photographed swimsuit is also a highlight.

The next 10 pages feature a gathering of the Morning Musume 9th, 10th, and 11th gen sisters, led by leader Fukumura Mizuki, who recently announced her graduation from the group, Ishida Ayumi, and Oda Sakura. The gravure, an unexpectedly rare combination, is based on a story in which the three sisters open a café with a view of the sea.

In addition, Sakurai Rio, a 16th gen member, has already made her third solo appearance. Relaxing in her room on a cold winter day, wearing a red one-piece dress with a slightly grown-up look, and going to school in a sailor uniform. This is a fresh photo gravure of her as a Morning Musume member who has just finished her first tour. This 10-page volume is also very satisfying.

And...... this issue doesn't stop there!
Sato Masaki, who graduated from Morning Musume the year before last, makes her first appearance on the cover and in gravure after graduating from Morning Musume! The theme of the issue is "Sound and I." More than a year has passed since she became a solo artist. How is she facing music after more than a year as a solo artist? Please look forward to the contents that only this magazine, which has been following Maa-chan, can provide!

Fuji TV's show "Sukatto Japan" was a drama variety show where guests watch various talent do all kinds of short mini-dramas and reenactments (VTR) of real life stories. The show already ended, but it has come back for revival special. Airs 2/20 at 8pm.

starting @ 42:54, BEYOOOOONDS Kobayashi Honoka in a mini drama about a female superior and hired new employees and use of "power harassment" (termed was coined in Japan). Honoka's character works for a company. They introduce some new employees (Reiko). Honoka thinks everything will be okay with the new hire. But later on, Honoka sees that the new employee is experiencing the female superior's (Rumi) wrath for some strange reasons. Then Reiko tries to get another employee named Junna to "help" her, but the Rumi sees this and says "No! you must do it yourself!" This keeps going on constantly.

Honoka watches this everyday from her desk. Honoka thinks this is unfair treatment of Reiko, and tries to find out the truth from Rumi. Why was Reiko getting the "power harassment"? She knows the Rumi is a nice person. Rumi tells her it has nothing to do with her. But Honoka insists on knowing why because she admires Rumi.

The truth was a misunderstanding. Rumi, the female superior and Junna both tell Honoka the truth.

The story takes a break for a minute and returns to the panelists in the studio. They discuss what they think is going on and predictions.

@ 47:14, Back to the mini drama :

It turns out that Rumi, and Junna are close workmates before Rumi started her new company. Rumi was "power harassed" by a boss in past, and Junna came to console her and will protect her.

Now Junna works for Rumi. Rumi always wanted to return the favor of protecting Junna.

Honoka asks what the new hire Reiko has to do with them.

After the break, he truth is revealed :

Back in high school days, The new hire Reiko, always bullied Junna. Reiko continued to be friendly in the office, but from the shadows, she continued to creepily harass Junna, stalk her on SNS, and make lies like claiming to know her from high school etc. So Junna talked with Rumi about it in private. Rumi had a plan to protect Junna from Reiko by using "power harassment" tactics on Reiko to teach her a lesson. But Reiko didn't stop until she crossed the line. She confronted Reiko about her creepy SNS posts and she was finally fired.

Honoka knows the truth now. Rumi returns to her good side and says Honoka is the new favorite of the office. They all smile and hug.

End.

All the panelists in the studio agree it was a good story.
