This week, more Hello Pro Kenshuusei and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '22 rehearsals. Plus footage from OCHA NORMA's release event at Ikebukuro Sunshine City.

- Continuing from last week's episode, Hello Pro Kenshuusei return one week later for vocal rehearsals and are still rehearsing the song "Hajimete wo Keikenchuu". They are making good progress. Ueno-sensei makes them practice their rhythm again, but without their microphones. They go around in a train formation.
- Ueno praises Kamimura Rena. But still helps her get the right rhythm.
- Suddenly, Goto Hana loses focus and forgets the lyrics to the song. But she is not deterred and corrects her mistake and then messes up again. The part is not easy. Ueno tells her to keep practicing in front of a mirror.

- CM for Morning Musume. '22's new single "Happy Birthday to Me!"

- Next is dance rehearsals. Mitsubachi-sensei teaches them some posture. Then Kenshuusei rehearse the "Hajimete wo Keikenchuu" dance. Kamimura is absent.

*These Kenshuusei (Kawashima, Yoshida, Goto Shimoitani, Kamimura) are so lucky, because they get more attention since they are just 5 of them.

Hello Dream promotes Morning Musume. '22's new single "Happy Birthday to Me!"

- Behind the scenes and digest from OCHA NORMA's mini live release event at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Fountain Square on November 30th, the sacred grounds where idols dream of standing on.

- After the 1st event, OCHA NORMA get the happy news that their new single got the Oricon daily #1 ranking. They are really happy. Hello Dream congratulates them on getting daily #1 rank.

- Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '22 continue practicing their harmony and the use of mic stands for the song "Ashita Tenki ni Naare", which started a few episodes ago. A recap of that episode is shown first.
- A few days later, Hello Dream checks in the rehearsal to see how they doing. They are still not quite perfect yet. Ueno-sensei helps with each of their parts individually.

- Recap of when OCHA NORMA's First Live Tour was announced. They point out that the Shinjuku concert was canceled due to Corona, so the Aichi concert was the first day of their tour.
- First is footage of the available OCHA NORMA members (without Saito, Nakayama, Tashiro) rehearsing for the first Live tour in Aichi.
- They are asked how they feel about their first tour.
- Without the 3 members, OCHA NORMA tries to figure their formations with 9 members. They get a little confused and laugh, but help each other out. They also need to keep in mind where the other 3 members will be in the formation. The rehearsals are a little difficult.
- A few days later, OCHA NORMA is at a different studio location with bright windows for rehearsals. This time Nakayama Natsume is back, but Saito and Tashiro are still absent.
- Before rehearsals, the members get a little surprise that raises their spirits up. On a laptop, they are shown their first opening VTR for their concert. They are thrilled and it makes them smile. With that feeling, they are energized for rehearsals.
- Then OCHA NORMA members reveal their new blue outfits for the tour and share what they think about them. Then they run their dress rehearsals in the outfits.

- Next is behind the scenes from OCHA NORMA's First Live Tour performance in Aichi on November 26th. Saito Madoka is back, but they decided to perform with Tashiro Sumire absent.
- OCHA NORMA begin their stage rehearsal. Each member express their feelings and they are feeling nervous. The members do their circle huddle.
- 5 minutes before the start, the nervousness starts to hit them. Digest footage of their performance is shown. After the concert, they said they had so much fun.

Next week, Kenshuusei final rehearsals for the recital.

This morning on Ohasuta, Kenshuusei / Ohagirl Goto Hana announced that the Shin Ohagirls (Goto Hana, Hijikata Emily, and Kawamura Kaho) will unveil their debut song "Ittara Shakitto!!!" (イッテラシャキット!!!) with a live performance on January 9th, 2023. Ohasuta showed the three of them rehearsing and recording the song last month.
