^ I just got home from seeing them at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. So much fun! They sure know how to put on a stage performance.

^ I saw that they were in San Francisco too. I'm glad they were good because they have been around for seven years! :o They look so young.
XD Didn't Gacharic Spin kill this guy's bro!

^ During this song, someone threw a paper pineapple onto the stage, which Suzuka knocked back into the audience, and it got batted around in the audience for a while.

I was thinking about Gacharic Spin at the ATARASHII GAKKO! show, because they're a band who similarly put on a mind-blowing live show. The music by itself may not be epic, but the stage performance is always top-notch.

This is what I was thinking of when I saw the Pineapple Kryptonite reaction video.

This is weirdly beautiful…

This video in particular has a little extra sumthin' because the lyrics contain so many pop culture references, but the rest of the channel is like this.

For example, the most recent…

I'm curious as to what kind of prompts they use to get the imagery to be fairly cohesive in color scheme and art style. Midjourney seems to have an earthier feel in general than DALL-E. (I always want to say "Midthunder" on account of Amber Midthunder from Legion.)

That Mr. Blue Sky video has well over a million views. IIRC it was featured on Digg a couple of weeks ago.

I assume they generate multiple images for each lyric and then select the ones that actually work. A lot of garbage must get thrown out.

I also assume they convert pronouns back to their original nouns, in order to restore context to each lyric.

Fujii Kaze - Shinunoga E-Wa Live at Nippon Budokan (2020)
Highly unlikely, but if he ever did an international tour, I'd probably drop some serious coin to see him.
