we didn't need the honeymoon excuse the last two times we came. XD

if you would save all the money you're spending on H!P stuff, you could probably afford to come during an off-season or something. x3

Technically not even that. But since nobody outside of the Bay Area has ever heard of Albany, California, I normally just say Berkeley. I work and have a P.O. box in Berkeley, so it's still pretty accurate. And since I live only half a mile north of the Berkeley city limits, it doesn't really make any difference.

I've never lived in Japan, but I've been there five times now, for one or two-week stints. I manage to see a lot of H!P concerts and buy way too much H!P stuff during those short bursts, though. XD

FYI, my latest trip to Tokyo cost me between $4800 and $4900. That's for EVERYTHING: round-trip airfare from SFO, nine nights in a budget hotel in Tokyo (Ueno-Asakusa area), transportation around the Tokyo-Yokohama area, food and drink (including meals at Miki's and Mari's restaurants), visits to four museums, a TsuShiMaMiRe club gig, two Dream Morning Musume concerts (fifth row center for one of them), Aichan's grad concert (arena seat, approx. 25th row), and nearly 50kg of stuff that I brought back to America with me, including 80+ CDs, 40+ DVDs, and about 30 photobooks.

Keep in mind that the dollar to yen exchange rate is horrible right now, but a low-budget one-week trip to Tokyo from the west coast of the U.S. could be done for around US $2000-$2500. Concerts and shopping will raise the total considerably.

Yeah we're waiting to go to Japan when the Dollar/Yen rate is better, if it's not in one or two years, we're going anyway

^ I hope it turns around soon. It's just been getting worse and worse for the past four years.
