For a brief moment after seeing the thumbnail, I thought Momo had gotten much taller. And then I saw her shoes in the video. Something about her voice makes me think of a former H!P singer but I can't place exactly which one.

- Hello Pro Kenshuusei start rehearsing their song "Irotoridori Nobi yo!!" on a production stage. They need to get accustomed to walking up and down the stairs of the stage and the changing formations. Some of them inherited the lines from previous Kenshuusei. Sometimes they forget that this is an energy song, so they need to show more a cheerfulness expression.

- OCHA NORMA is at the venue, getting ready for their first fan club on January 10th. They greet the staff. Then adjust their formations for the songs they will perform. The stage is small to fit all of them, so they need to be careful of their spacing and surroundings. Then they do a walkthrough of their flip card introductions. Before the start, there is some backstage footage.
- A digest of their FC event and the performances of "Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san no Uta" and "Koi no Crouching Start" are shown.
- After the event, OCHA NORMA expressed how they felt about their first FC event. The new members Tsutsui Roko and Tashiro Sumire are getting use to talking now.
- Hello Dream promotes the drama "Mayonaka ni Hello", while showing a preview of the 3rd episode.

This week's episode is all about meetings.

- OCHA NORMA gathers together for a meeting to discuss what their group's "enjin" (circle, huddle formation) chant and pose will be.
- They go around suggesting their own ideas. Everyone gets an input.
- They first decide what the pose in the center of the formation will be. The pose will be them holding a cup of tea in their hand.

- Hello Dream promotes Suzuki Airi's new album "26/27" and shows the trailer.

- OCHA NORMA goes around the table suggesting what the group's signature saying in the circle will be (Ex. Juice=Juice and ANGERME go around saying each of their names and then say "We are Juice=Juice!" or "Keep Your Smile" or "Camellia Fai!"
- OCHA NORMA decided they all want to say their names in the circle first.
- They each listen to their own lines and vote for their favorite one. Then they test them out one by one.
- It comes down to Saito Madoka, Ishiguri Kanami, or Yonemura Kirara's. They didn't say whose idea was chosen. You have find out at the concert or recital. Which idea do you like the best? The OCHA NORMA meeting will continue next week.

- Next, The Kenshuusei 8 are back in a remote meeting again with the manager.
- The manager tells them that at the "Kenshuusei Recital March 2022 BREATH ~Ibuki~" on March 12th (Zepp Osaka) and March 13th (Zepp DiverCity), they will have another team competition. This time there are 8 of them, so the 2 teams will be 4 vs. 4. Last year's selection team competition was intense and showed a lot of growth among the teams.
- To select the teams by lottery, the manager holds up two cards for Team "A" or "B", and the Kenshuusei will blindly select one by saying the top or the bottom one.
- Team A will be Onoda, Hashida, Murakoshi, Uemura and Team B will be Matsubara, Ishiyama, Yoshida, Kawashima.
- The song they're going to compete for this time is "Juice=Juice's "Ijiwaru Shinaide Dakishimete yo"
- They all comment and look forward to getting together with their team.

I love the team challenges so I'm glad to see another one, and the song choice is great.

Discussing the lack of new Kenshuusei (from the previous audition) with others recently, some think there's still a chance for the March recital. Almost certainly there just won't be any from that audition if they don't show up this time.

This week on Hello Dream, the two meetings continue. The 2 Kenshuusei teams will decide their team names, color, and leader for the Team Competition Audition. Plus OCHA NORMA brainstorm ideas for their trademark group pose.

- Recap of the Kenshuusei Team competition announcement from the meeting last week.
- The Kenshuusei teams continue their video meetings at home.
- A Team (Onoda, Hashida, Murakoshi, and Uemura) starts off by deciding the leader. Last year, Onoda was a leader. She first asks, if anyone else wants to try being the leader. They unanimously agree that Onoda Karin will be the leader.
- Next, they suggest ideas for the team name. Hashida wants Kanji, Murakoshi wants English. They couldn't decide, so they'll come back to it later and figure out their Team color instead.
- Hashida suggests since it will be Spring, it should be pink. They all give a vote for Hashida's color. They have decided on "KiraKira Pink" (キラキラピンク) as their color.
- They go to back to figuring out their team name. Hashida continues on with the theme of Spring. Hashida thought about the Sanshoku Dango (Three Color Dumpling). Since there are four of them, it would be "Yonshoku-Dango" (四色団子) (Four Color Dumplings). The three choices are Spring Girl, Cherry Blossom (Murakoshi thought she heard Cherry Rossum), and Yonshoku-Dango. They unanimously voted for Yonshoku-Dango

- B Team (Matsubara, Ishiyama, Yoshida, Kawashima) start deciding what their Team color will be. Ishiyama asks everyone their favorite colors. Matsubara and Ishiyama choose blue, Yoshida chooses orange, and Kawashima chooses blue. So their color is going to be blue
- Next they try to figure out a team name. Kawashima suggests selecting one of their Kanji in their names and put it together. Matsubara wants something flowery. Yoshida blurted something about dolphins (Iruka) since it's blue. Ishiyama likes idea of using their favorite Kanji in their names. Matsubara likes the "bara" (松), so that will be "ha", Ishiyama likes the "saku" (咲) part and that will be "sa", Yoshida chooses the "hime" (姫) in Hinoha, so "hi", and Mifu chooses the "kaede" (楓), so "ka"

Put it together, "Ha-Sa-Hi-Ka" 原咲姫楓（はさひか）is their team name.

- Last, they have to determine the leader. Ishiyama wants Matsubara to be leader, Kawashima wants it to be Ishiyama, Matsubara also wants Ishiyama to be leader. Yoshida wants Matsubara to be leader. So they are at a tie. Ishiyama and Matsubara do a rock, paper, scissors game. Matsubara Yulia will be leader. Did Ishiyama lose on purpose? lol
It will be Yonshoku Dango vs. Hasahika

- Hello Dream hypes up the Takahashi Ai, Tanaka Reina, Natsuyaki Miyabi unit song "Ai no Dondengaeshi" from the new album "Laugh and Peace", release is April 27th.

- Promotion for the 5th episode of Mayonaka ni Hello

- Next OCHA NORMA's meeting continues. They want to decide their own group pose (arm gestures) whey they introduce themselves (Ex. Tsubaki Factory or BEYOOOOONDS). They come up with various ideas that are very simple. First they think of a pose that will implement the little TV in their logo name. But no one is interested. Ishiguri Kanami's start randomly "O" doing poses and finger movements (O for OCHA), and her ideas catches everyone's attention. Kubota like the holding the cup of tea pose though. They go around and ask if they like the "O" pose. Miku says the "O" pose is like a magic wand. (It looks like something the Disney Channel would do for Mickey Mouse). Ishiguri Kanami does another variation of the pose, and they all say it's cute. They try to refine the pose, such as which direction they should do the "O", clockwise or counterclockwise. They have another pose they all kind of agreed to. We'll have to wait for them to announce which pose they will actually use at the upcoming recital.
- The members help Tsutsui Roko get used to saying their nicknames more casually since there are no senior / junior honorifics system in the group. Saito Madoka is 19 and Roko is 14.

The next dream pairing collab is Kenshuusei Murakoshi Ayana and ANGERME Kamikokuryo Moe. They perform "Uraha=Lover" (ANGERME)
