All that is left in the old Higashi-Azabu, Minato, Tokyo building (東京都港区東麻布1-28-12) is probably the dance studios. The Pacific Heaven Cafe is gone.

At the location of the former Upfront building and the Pacific Heaven Cafe, is now a big pharmacy / drugstore chain called "Drug Papas" (どらっくぱぱす). They opened on 7/16 and are having a grand opening / coupon sale. They were also hiring part-timers last month. They own the building's address now and are calling their location "Papas Akabanebashi Ekimae Store". They have many store locations.

Upfront Kansai idol group Lovelys reported on their new radio podcast (7/10), that they received their 1st dose of the vaccine at a (company-wide) vaccination site in Tokyo. They talked about how they felt after getting it. Lovelys had to travel from Osaka to Tokyo to get it.

That good news to hear that Upfront group is starting to get their vaccines.
