- Recap of the new members joining the new group.
- All 8 members get together for rehearsals and lessons.
- They rehearse the song "Mistake" as 8 members for the first time. The new members are taught the choreography by the teacher. Ishiguri also helps out the new members. The formations are slightly changed to fit all 8 of them, so they all have to adjust and figure it out.
- All the members express how they felt about their first lessons together.
- The first gen members feel that being an 8 member group has this fresh new feeling.
- The new members felt nervous in the first lesson and hope to get over that soon.

- The new group begin rehearsals for their unveiling at the Hello! Project Summer Concert 2021. They practice walking and dancing on a set stage together for the first time. Mitsubachi-sensei helps them out.
- The new members talk about how they are feeling after rehearsals. They are finally realizing how cool it is to perform on a stage this big.
- The day of the H!P Summer concert in Osaka begins. The new members appear and greet everyone and begin the rehearsal.
- We get to see the new 8 member group perform "Mistake" in front of the fans. The new members get the share of lines in this version.
- MC Kanazawa Tomoko introduces new group on stage for their unveiling.
- Backstage, the new members comment about the experience on their first stage. Nakayama says she is getting to wearing heels now after wearing sneakers for so long. They had so much fun. The 1st gen members hope to get even better with the new members.

I've been to a few fireworks festivals when I was little.
But I don't have much memory of them because I was so young.

So I want to go to a fireworks festival now, and enjoy the fireworks and food stalls!

This week's episode takes a look at the 7 current Hello Pro Kenshuusei rehearsing for the Hello! Project 2021 Summer Sapphire & Ruby concert, and footage of their first ever outside idol event appearance at IDOL CONTENT EXPO.

- 7 Kenshuusei have joined Juice (2) / Tsubaki (1) / New group (4), which leaves only 7 Kenshuusei remaining.
- Interview : The 7 remaining Kenshuusei still have high hopes and aspirations to debut. Doesn't matter how many members are left, they won't give up and they will continue do things they have been doing.
- Footage of the 7 Kenshuusei performing "Kimi no Toujou" at the H!P Summer 2021 concert in Osaka on July 17th. The lines are transferred to them. Hirayama Yuki gets the last high note.

CM - Fukumura Mizuki's cover song "EXTRA" is played

- The 7 Kenshuusei get to perform at their first event "IDOL CONTENT EXPO". They start rehearsing the songs on the setlist and get one-on-one lessons from Ueno-sensei. Ueno helps them out bring out their voice and gives them advice on how to present themselves at this event.
- The next day, the members rehearse together and go over a walk through of their song and practice their intro MC.
- The members walk into the dressing room for "IDOL CONTENT EXPO". They are interviewed on how they feel about their first event.
- 10~15 minutes before, they are getting ready to appear on stage. Everyone is nervous.
- A digest of their live performance is show. They performed with big smiles and looked comfortable singing. In the intro MC, they were nervous. They benefit of only having 7 Kenshuusei, is that they all get more lines shared between them.
- They finished their first event, and got applause and support from the audience.
- Backstage, they expressed how they felt after. It was a good experience for them.

- New Announcement corner (feels like this is how they'll make these "developments" from now on): Hello Pro Kenshuusei will star in a new Engeki Joshibu stage play this Fall. The H!P songs performed will be selected by your vote! Details to be announced.

- H!P Audition and New Album 3-STARS repeat announcement.

Next week, We'll see the Kenshuusei Unit / Kenshuusei members in the recording booth for their new album!

Kitahara Momo's basil plant is ready to be consumed in a homemade pizza.

By the way, everyone! Are you growing basil?

My basil has grown so fast, it's so big!

I've been loving on it as if it were my own child!

I'm so proud of how far it's come. You've grown so well.

If I hadn't eaten it, it would have been a waste.

The egg almost fell over, so I made a pizza out of the basil and ate it!

It was so delicious that I finished it ^^;

The dough is gyoza wrap!

The key is to make two layers.

I topped it with corn grown by my grandparents in Hiroshima.

Whether it's bean sprouts or basil, it's nice to see something growing!

By the way, I was surprised to see Nachu's (Nakayama Natsume) basil.

I heard that it bloomed! That's amazing!

I'll try to grow my basil until it blooms too!

This week, Hello Pro Kenshuusei's new album "3-STARS" is introduced. A behind the scenes look at the album songs and the recordings. Kenshuusei also share their thoughts and nostalgic stories that have been aired in the past about the songs.

- Hello! Dream reminds us of the past 2 Kenshuusei album releases. Then introduce their 3rd Album "3-STARS", and introduce the album songs, starting with "Kimi no Toujou".
- They show footage of Kenshuusei rehearsing "Kimi no Toujou" (Track #1) for their solo live a few months ago.
- Next, they talk about their song "Warui Hito" (#2). The main focus is on Nakayama Natsume practicing her "fake" high note in the song. Various Kenshuusei are shown in the recording booth for "Warui Hito"
- Then show more Kenshuusei recording their song "Upside down girl" (#3) and interviewed after recording it. Footage of "Upside down girl" rehearsals and their performance is shown.
- Next is footage of Kenshuusei recording "Zettai Idol Sengen" (#4). They recorded this song in May 2021. We get to see Arisawa Ichika and Ishiyama Sakura's recordings for the first time.

- Track #5 is "Jounetsu Sparkle", short footage of them recording the song.
