He'll definitely be okay, but totally in agreement you should keep pushing that sunscreen on him! My grandpa liked to mow his lawn and work outdoors in nothing but his boxers and a straw hat, and he paid for it later on.

My Dad refuses to wear sunscreen to the point it’s annoy me now. He was a cop so he was always outside doing details. And now he lives by the ocean. He also doesn’t wear hats. He’s got all sorts of things growing on his face. Even though I lecture him he still refuses. He does go to a dermatologist faithfully and I’m surprised they don’t yell at him for it.

He said he uses SPF 30, but I told him he should probably go SPF 50 or higher. He brings up the cost and I'm like "I WILL BUY SOME FOR YOU."
He's had a lot of small ones removed over the years; I'm surprised he hasn't had anything more serious tbh. He's fair-skinned, has red hair, and skin cancer is rampant in his side of the family.

I’m in Croatia now and the DC summer weather has really prepared me for the weather here. Definitely spray myself with sunscreen every day. I found that the spray kind makes it much less of a chore to apply. I got one for my face too.

Also women spend a lot more on skincare and beauty products (often just to look professional and acceptable), so a man shouldn’t complain about the cost of sunscreen.

Are you with a tour group or just winging it? How's Old Town? Any ducks to be seen?

Not with a tour group (not into those) but I’m doing day tours. The Old Town is pretty but there are so many steps to climb everywhere. Did a tour to a waterfall and a town in Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday, and that was excellent.

Haven’t seen a single duck but there are lots of pigeons.

I can commiserate with the stairs, they have been my bane on vacations before. Anyway glad you're having a good trip!
