This episode is behind the scenes and surprise reactions from the announcement of the new Tsubaki Factory members, Kasai Yuumi, Yagi Shiori, Fukuda Marin, and Yofuu Runo. Plus announcements for Kenshuusei and Kenshuusei Unit.

~ Narrator briefly mentions that Tsubaki Factory an audition
~ The same footage of the new members reveal from Hello! Station is shown, with some extra scenes.
~ They show how each one of them got the surprise news from Yamagishi Riko.
- First is Kasai Yuumi. She walks into the studio and does a rehearsal intro. Then she does the intro and appeal for real. Yamagishi appears on screen and Kasai is quick to react in tears.
- Next is Yagi Shiori. She does her intro and Yamagishi surprises her with the news. She is smiling and trying to cry at the same time.
- The next one is Fukuda Marin. Yamagishi appears and Marin is surprised.
- From Kenshuusei, Yofuu Runo thinks she is doing a promo for Hello Dream. Yamagishi gives her the news and Yofuu can't believe it. She has to confirm it multiple times. Hello Dream recaps Yofuu Runo's accomplishments and happenings this year. It concludes with her winning Best Performance. As she walks out, she can't believe it still LOL.
- Tsubaki members meet the new members and ask them to do request. They ask Yagi Shiori to do a sample of her opera singing. She sounds amazing. They all do the Tsubaki Factory "Camellia Fight" pose together. Hello Dream congratulates them.

~ Kenshuusei and New Group are given surprise announcements and we see their reactions.
- First is for 7 Kenshuusei. They are rehearsing hard for the H!P Summer concert. After rehearsals, they are taken backstage. The manager tells them they are performing at "IDOL CONTENT EXPO" on August 1st. This will be their first time performing in a live idol event, and it will be a massively good experience for them, manager says. Each of them comment about how this will benefit them.

- The 8 member new group are rehearsing for H!P Summer as well. They are told they are performing at @ JAM EXPO on August 29th. They get more excited, because they are performing at the big venue YOKOHAMA ARENA. They can't wait to meet all the other idols and perform their songs. The new additions can't wait to perform at the big event like this.

Due to this scheduling, these 4 Kenshuusei Unit members will not appear at the Hello! Project 2021 Summer Sapphire & Ruby at TACHIKAWA STAGE GARDEN on September 4th & 5th (the last days of the concert tour)
