Technically it is, but apparently JP TV sometimes schedules on a 30-hour clock vs 24 thus 1 a.m. programming is counted for the day prior.

- The last episode of the behind the scenes from "Hello! Pro Kenshuusei Recital 2021 ~Spring Public Ability Assessment Test~"

The Top 3 vote getters of the test :
~ Kitahara Momo - Last year, she won the Miyazaki Yuka award. She wants to be bright and sparkly for "Boogie Train '03" performance. They show her practicing at home, and then the dress rehearsal. She chose a light blue dress outfit. She even decorated her shoes. A digest of her performance is show. Miyamoto Karin was impressed by her high note. After, she was pretty happy backstage, then suddenly got teary eyed. She won Makoto's "Genki" award. She was frustrated that she didn't win Best Performance, and she started to cry during her interview.

~ Nakayama Natsume - This was 5th time taking the test! Last year, she won the Suzuki Airi award. They showed her practicing at home and at dress rehearsal. She wore a pretty white dress. She prepared by doing lots of muscle training. Her on-stage rehearsal is solid. They show a digest of her "Kioku no Meiro" performance. She wins the "Semi-Best Performance" award suggested by Miyamoto Karin. She says she was really happy. But this was her 5th time and she gave it her all. Off-camera, they showed Nakayama Natsume really crying hard on Mitsubachi-sensei's shoulders and comforts her.

~ Yofuu Runo - Last year, Hashimoto Shin recommended her to work on her rhythm. She practiced at home, in the dance studio, and then dress rehearsal. She wore a flowery dress. On test day, Yofuu said she said ate gyoza for dinner. A digest of her perfect performance is shown. Ueno-sensei wants her to keep working on that rhythm. Yofuu started to cry backstage. She really worked hard on her rhythm. She wins the fan's "Best Performance" award. In her interview, she was really happy and smiling.

- The new members of the new group will be announced :
~ Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit members walk the through that door of the TV Tokyo studio. Upfront Representative Nishiguchi is sitting on the chair. He announces that they will get to meet the new members face to face as they walk in.
~ New members are : Nakayama Natsume, Hiromoto Ruli, Nishizaki Miku, and Kitahara Momo!!!! Congratulations
~ They each introduce themselves.
~ More important info : Possibility of more new members will be added from a new audition starting on July 20th, called a Hello! Project Shin-member audition

~ More important info : Possibility of more new members from the auditions will be announced on July 20th, in a Hello! Project Shin-member audition special.

What I'm seeing multiple people report more precisely is that there will be a general new H!P member audition starting July 20, and more members may be drawn from that.
Couple of the usual fan news sources have corrected themselves already. Bit of confusion initially.

On July 20th, a new Hello! Project New Member Audition 2021 will start and there will be a possibility that more members from this audition could join the new group. More details will be up on the H!P site soon.

Honestly, this will get way better coverage than a regular Kenshuusei application. Not saying there won't be any winners.
