That photo of the new building is misleading, however; it shows only the part of the building that faces onto the major street. When you look at the entire building on Google Maps, it's large and sprawling. So even if Up-Front is taking only part of the first floor, that's still a lot.
All in all, it is a step up and should quash any rumors that Up-Front is struggling financially.

It wasn't clear from most of the videos we've seen over the years, but they actually have a recording studio in that same suite with the rehearsal and changing rooms. Coming in through the entrance to the suite, the recording studio is on the left, the rehearsal rooms are on the right, and the changing room is straight ahead.
Anyhow, they might have kept the suite but it's hard to be sure since the only recent videos that feature it have been for Hello! Dream and other associated things (e.g., ANGERME new members). Those videos could have been recorded months ago, before the move was finalized.
