I didn't even realize it was a thing until the above post. I don't remember anything scandalous about that DVD? It was a while ago though.

I wonder if perhaps because the recent one maybe features Risa, and UPF probably want to rid of it. I haven’t seen it so I wouldn’t know.
However one could argue that LITERALLY every other Vols has Risa in it, so I don’t know

It is resold yahoo japan auction. Not sure what the big problem is, other than it is hard to find because the H!P Summer concert 2014 was Sayumi's last. Sayumi's memorial dvd CM is not available on YouTube either
