I've been lucky, because I personally haven't experienced any huge delays in domestic mail. I think the slowest delivery I've seen recently was a Christmas card from one of my cousins, postmarked in Seattle on Dec. 20, which arrived on Dec. 29.
All the mail I'm still waiting for is coming from abroad. In addition to Stereo's card, there's an eBay purchase from Singapore, which I paid for on December 11, and a photobook that I bought from a Japanese seller on the Amazon Marketplace on October 30. The latter is coming by surface mail, since Japan Post shut down airmail parcel service to the U.S., and because of that it's not even "late": Amazon says delivery is "Expected by Jan 15, 2021."
EDIT: The thing from Singapore arrived today.
