Don't know if this is legit, but Upfront's new office "Gotanda Kowa Building" (五反田光和ビル9F) in the Nishigotanda district of Shinagawa looks to be all crammed into one floor, the top 9th floor. (Upfront's Azabu-koei 高栄麻布ビル office is 6 floors)

^ It could just be an auxiliary or satellite office staffed by relatively few people, but they're legally obligated to list all of the companies doing business out of that office. And of course Up-Front is notorious for creating all of these pocket companies for what would normally be divisions of a larger parent company, which is why we say "UF*".
