Yokoyan's hair looks amazing, I love seeing more and more girls in H!P dye their hair! It's fun and refreshing. The best part is knowing that it means that little by little they're getting more and more freedom to do what they like with their appearance

I don’t think the management has ever imposed actual restrictions on the members’ hair colors or styles. I remember Yaguchi, Yoshizawa, Sugaya, Okai, Tanaka, and even Takahashi having some wild styles, just to name a few. And Ikuta, in more recent memory; she was doing the Arianna Grande thing just a year ago.

The management might have made suggestions, so that certain members would better fit certain characters, but that’s it. Any actual restrictions would have come from the members’ parents or schools.

For Yokohama I think it’s just her age. She’s at an age now where she probably has more freedom not because of UF imposing it but more likely her school. She’s now 19 almost 20 and no longer hindered by school regulations.

But, I hope UF will eventually ease up on the restrictions for Tsubaki Factory. I’d love to see Kishimoto finally get the hair she wants. Let her inner Risako shine!

I totally think it depends on the image of the group/girl, really.
I doubt we'll see anything outstanding from Tsubaki as that would go against their whole group's image... Which sucks, I'd love to see something lol.

As for other girls, it seems to me that the typical "character girls" go down the route of dyeing their hair (more than just the regular brown) much faster than the other members (Yaguchi, Yossy, Ogawa, Ikuta, Yokoyama) but as they get older/their career gets long they probably also get more freedom (Sugaya, Takahashi) to do what they want, too.

Having that said, I do hope this trend of dyeing their hair gets more popular cause I quite enjoy the reds and purples I see everywhere. *_*
