Since I'm on a new page I might as well share something? I haven't really been into exploring new music groups or artist lately, but I did stumble onto this performer and her very relaxing music. She uses an instrument called an array mibra. It's got a very unique and calming sound to it.

To be fair, I think their selections for 2018-2020 were appropriately representative. But for between 2008 and 2018, yeah, you’re right. An entire decade glossed over with just those two songs? Yeesh.

The *48 groups (AKB48, SKE48, NMB48) are pretty much dead, since the most popular and recognizable members grew up and moved on. Now it's all about the *zaka46 groups (Nogizaka46, Sakurazaka46, Hinatazaka46). There's no meaningful difference, as far as I can tell. It's all still Aki-P. But that's how these media-driven fads go… <shrug>
