A good way to showcase the Hello! Project 2020 ~The Ballad~ concerts is to give the Kenshuusei an internship project, where they get to observe their seniors perform. After the performances, they will get to meet their admired Hello Members and ask them any question.
- When they were showing Kenshuusei's profile photos, they have a generic silhouette of the two new Kenshuusei that have joined :
Arisawa Ichika is from Osaka
Ishiyama Sakura is from Tokyo
- Starting off on October 24th, Kenshuusei Yonemura Kirara, Nakayama Natsume, and Ebata Kisaki arrive together in Nagoya. They start walking towards the big hall venue where the H!P concert is held. Before the concert, the Kenshuusei are asked about which senior's solo they want to see perform. Yonemura wants to hear Asakura Kiki's singing. Ebata wants to hear Fukumura sing, especially looking at her expressions when singing a sad song. Nakayama says she visited the H!P concert in Ishikawa earlier and was looking at Matsunaga Riai's performance. On this day, she looks forward to listening to Fukumura's singing.
- Hello Dream briefly introduces the concept of the ~The Ballad~ concerts with some of the H!P member's solo performances.
- During the H!P concert rehearsals, Yonemura, Nakayama and Ebata take a seat in the empty venue and introduce themselves. As they watch, they studiously start taking notes and writing questions in their notebooks. When rehearsals are done, they felt star-stuck by the performances. Yonemura makes fun of own messy writing in her notes. While Nakayama's notes are written pretty and organized. Then the concert starts and they get to observe the concert in their VIP seats. After, they said the songs they sang were amazing, and were able to study their performances closely.
- Yonemura, Nakayama and Ebata enter the dressing room, where they greet their seniors Fukumura Mizuki, Kanazawa Tomoko, Asakura Kiki, and Takase Kurumi. The Kenshuusei each get to ask them questions and valuable advice from them. Yonemura asks them about how to deal with nervousness when singing a solo song up on stage and each seniors gives their answer. Nakayama asks them how they each prepare and practice for a song. Ebata, who starting collecting makeup goods, asks them for some pointers about putting on makeup. After the interview, they thank their seniors and leave. They said that they learned alot after asking them lots of questions.
- The show puts the Kenshuusei's intern reports (written in their notebook) on screen. They cherished the advice given to them and will continue their goal of a debut :

- Next on October 31st, in the same way, Kenshuusei Nishizaki Miku, Hiromoto Ruri, and Ishiguri Kanami arrive in Fukuoka for their internship to see their seniors. They are looking to forward to seeing them perform. This will actually be Hiromoto and Nishizaki's first time seeing their seniors rehearse for a concert. They take a seat in the empty venue and prepare to take notes during rehearsals. They said they looked cool on stage and it felt really good watching them. They take their seats for the actual concert and watch closely.
- They showcase some more of the H!P member's solo performances.
- After the concert, the Kenshuusei walk in and greet their seniors. They get to interview Makino Maria, Inaba Manaka, Kawamura Ayano, and Shimakura Rika. Each of them ask their questions and their seniors each respond. Ishiguri asks how they approach a song. Hiromoto asks how they get used to being on stage. Nishizaki asks advice on how they keep their confidence up. After, they thank their seniors and learned a lot.

They show them rehearsing songs. Also participating at the event will be BEYOOOOONDS members. Yamazaki Yuhane and Maeda Kokoro will sing with Kenshuusei Matsubara Yuriya and Saito Madoka. They then a show an early exclusive look of them performing "Rainbow" recorded live outdoors for the online event. The full "Rainbow" performance will be shown online on those event days.
