We have someone coming out to do a home inspection here tomorrow. We had one done already last year I think, but the woman ~interested~ in our house wants another one done. We've already told her it's being sold as-is, lol.

It's a buyer's market. A lot of people out of work and motivated to sell, not a lot of people actually moving due to lockdowns, interest rates still below 5% since the 2008 crash.

I'd like to say that Windows 10 has eff'ing useless desktop notifications. Most of the notifications I receive are vaguely worded error messages that make absolutely no sense without context. For example, the one I'm looking at right now says:

One or more file actions can't continue
These actions in the desktop need your attention

That's it. No specific actions, no file names, and the notification was already an hour old by the time noticed it. Thanks, Windows.
