- Kenshuusei were hyped about the upcoming Spring Ability test this year, because there always a chance they might debut. They repeat the clip of Hello Pro Leader Fukumura's quick announcement last week that the Kenshuusei Spring Public Ability Diagnosis Test was postponed instead of being cancelled.
- Kenshuusei 30th gen joined in August 2019. Each of them are profiled and interviewed.
Hashida Honoka : She says BEYOOOOONDS Ichioka Reina is really cool. She doesn't have confidence in her dancing yet. She is slowly trying to remember all the choreography to have more confidence in herself. She praises her gen mate Hirayama Yuki for her skillful dancing. She hopes to catch up to her.
Hirayama Yuki : The seniors Fukumura, Oda, Kaga, Kishimoto, and Asakura discuss Hirayama Yuki's potential. Fukumura says she is super cute and praises that her dancing is very good after watching her. She's got the attention of the seniors.
Hirayama Yuki says she still has a long way to go. She still needs practice and help on her rhythm from her teachers. She hopes to bring out her voice. Will she able to take the lead in this generation?
Kitahara Momo likes Hashibirokou, a Japanese shoebill bird. Her nickname is "Momomo". She is skillful in dance, but says she needs more practice in singing and voice training. The teacher wants her to bring out the voice from throat.
- Fukumura, Oda, Kaga, Kishimoto, and Asakura discuss how long they have been in Kenshuusei with rare footage shown (Oda - 9 months, Asakura - 6 months, Kishimoto - 2 years and 5 months, Fukumura - 2 years and 7 months and Kaga Kaede - 4 years). They said Kaede's time in Kenshuusei as a legend. They joke about it. Kishimoto brings up how their Kenshuusei generation (17th) are all successfully debuted now. Ichioka Reina was the last one.
Ebata Kisaki, from Kyoto, wants use vocal lessons to improve her singing with the help of the teachers. She also wants to be a better dancer.
Yofuu Runo wants to be more skillful in dancing and singing through the strict lessons the teachers throw at her. The seniors Fukumura, Oda, Kaga, Kishimoto, and Asakura discuss Yofuu Runo's potential.
The new Kenshuusei say greetings and bowing to their teachers is very important in their lessons.
Murakoshi Ayana is very confident in her charm point in smiling a lot. She gets nervous when dancing.
Uemura Hasumi has confidence in her dance, but needs to improve on singing.
