This is exactly what I wanted to see more of again! I would've been satisfied with GREEN ROOM-style videos on the Kenshuusei YouTube channel, I hope this is even better.

Oh thank god. It looks SO good!! The number one thing I missed about GREEN ROOM was the kenshuusei videos. Following kenshuusei girls is so much fun, I hope this gets more people interested in them + it'd help boost a girls popularity/give her a more likely chance to debut. I remember an episode of GREEN ROOM where Kaedii cried out of frustration after not being picked for a recital unit. Though she was already one of the more popular trainees, it made even more people look in her direction

Today on the first episode of "Hello Dream" #ハロドリ, we got a heavy dose of Kenshuusei lessons for the March recital. There were lots of footage of smiles, tears and scolding and crying interviews. Kanemitsu Ruru appeared in some shots.

Then they got the news of live events in March being cancelled and they were frustrated.

Moving on later in Mid-March, Kenshuusei were invited into to a TV Tokyo studio and listened. Mizuki walks in with reading glasses and gives a surprise announcement that they will tape and perform their first ever TV studio live with no audience and they have to do it in 4 hours from her announcement.

Next week, the girls will rehearse in the TV studio and perform their first ever TV studio live. Their seniors Oda Sakura, Kaga Kaede, Kishimoto Yumeno, and Asakura Kiki will watch them and critique their performance.

rundown of the first episode

- 2/3 footage of their photo shoot for Kenshuusei test. The 2 newest Kenshuusei Hokkaido members have their first shoot.
- 2/8 vocal lessons first day
- 2/23 dance lessons day
- 3/4 news that their Kenshuusei March recital was cancelled
- 3/15 - Fukumura announces that Kenshuusei will put on a studio live (singing and dancing) :
They will perform 43-do, Crying, Ai Araba IT'S ALL RIGHT (from their recital setlist)
Audience will be : Fukumura (4th gen), Oda (13th gen), Kaga (17th gen), Kishimoto (17th gen), Asakura (22nd gen)

I'm getting debut anticipation already. They are a lucky bunch.

It looks like they were originally to going unveil a Ai Araba Its All Right performance at the recital. They want them to perform in studio to make up for the cancelled event and show what the fans missed.

- Kenshuusei have 4 hours of practice for their first ever TV studio live.

- Hirayama Yuki arrived late to the studio because she took the wrong train to TV Tokyo, but there was no problem at all. It's good for the dramatic shot.

- After practice, they get ready with their outfits and prepare in the dressing room.

- Before taping, the camera crew interview Kenshuusei about how they are feeling.

- Their seniors Fukumura, Oda, Kaga, Kishimoto, and Asakura come back to studio to watch

- Kenshuusei leader Yonemura gives a pep talk in a circle.

- Next week, they will focus on the Kenshuusei Unit (Yonemura, Kubota, Ishiguri, and Saito) preparing for Hina Fest 2020. Oda gives them advice.

Hopefully by the end of the show's run, they will show how much the Kenshuusei have improved with another TV performance.

I love that we're getting this during somewhat of a transition period (influx of newbies after a bunch of debuts/departures). I was pleasantly surprised, mostly but not just by the newest girls. Natsume's voice seems to have changed more than I realized and Ichigo really takes that "stand out while dancing" thing to heart.
