There are 3 possible scenarios here:
1. Everyone makes it
2. Nobody makes it into a main group but they're all/mostly added as Kenshuusei
3. Only Yuriya makes it

Knowing UF, 2 and 3 are the most likely.

This would be equal to a no-win scenario.
You don't make so much hype for a bunch of Trainees.

Most likely: most will pass, most will be added to groups, a minority will be Trainees.

Otherwise this will all have been just a bust.

I think three is the smallest number we'll see, but who knows. I know I would like to see everyone that doesn't pass join the Kenshuusei (if they want).

I'm most hoping for Momoko, Sayaka, and Mai.

Episode 6 - Final Performance

- finalists enter the room and line up, each called up by name.
- They say their names and the 3 minute performance starts
- They completed the performance. They look very tired after. Kodama didn't quite hit the Oda high note.
- They leave the room so the judges can make a decision.

- The judges discuss with the dance and singing teacher
- They re-enter the room
- Upfront Nishiguchi makes the pass announcement. The new H!P members will be : none. zero.
- He offers all of them to join Kenshuusei to get more lessons. Discuss this with your parents first and we will call you.
- All of them are stunned.
- They get the finalists (crying) comments
- Hashimoto, Tamenaga, and Gotou definitely want to be in Kenshuusei. They need to discuss with parents first.
- Kodama hasn't decided
- They rest haven't decided but they want to audition again.

- At the end of the video, an announcement : on 12/10 at the Kenshuusei recital in Tokyo, a Jealously Jealously performance by the new Kenshuusei

Holy crap, that was legitimately unexpected. Some fans are going to be so annoyed. Edit:

I really don't mind that much. I would like to see most/all of them take up the Kenshuusei offer (parents willing). They'll have a head start vs most of the average new KSS, already having small bases of fans gathered from the show.

I guess we know what episodes 7-10 will be used for (and I'm excited for it.)

Dangit Kodama, just join. Don't make a decision you'll regret again. KSS is the best of both worlds; train/perform and you automatically get to audition for almost whatever you want that comes up anyway.
