Why not just upload the short version immediately instead of putting it on Hello! Station?

It's the same problem they've had for a while, putting the same content in multiple places.
You just end up watching less.

Bad enough we have to deal with the subpar subtitles.

Remember when MV's used to be called PV's? Promotional Videos to promote the actual release?
If they really are doing this to push sales of the MV on disc they really are missing the point.
The music video and to a certain degree the music itself are just to get people excited and drive them towards the actual money makers.
The concerts, fanclub membership & fanclub events and the goods sales.
