I am not an expert on these things, but to me the lighting of the shot seems very unflattering. It seems to me that the light should have been "softer"(?) (not sure what the technical terms are).

Could Ayano and Funaki be anymore awkward in that photo? Generally UF doesn’t have such a large gap in their group shots.

It’s like no one wants to be there and they don’t know each other.

I don't know about the awkwardness, but the gap is because Ayano is the only one in that row who's not standing on a box.
