on today's episode J-MELO, Morning Musume. '17 12th gen members were in the studio to talk about their "Idol Globalization Committee Project" and answer fan questions. This concludes the project that has been going on for exactly 1 year.

They announced the next J-MELO project for Morning Musume. '17 and May J. It is called the "J-MELO Song & Dance" Expo. J-MELO wants to introduce videos of song and dance from all regions of the country to the world.

Today on J-MELO, Nonaka, Kaede, and Yokoyama were in Kyoto. Kaede and Nonaka dressed up and put makeup on as Maiko and Geiko. They learned and performed a traditional dance as Nonaka watches them.

The award winning Tomioka High School dance team from Osaka that Ayumi and Kudo met earlier this year on J-MELO appeared at the Japan Record Awards and performed with Oginome Yoko to her 1987 hit Dancing Hero
