Couldn't you just use another credit card and make a new itunes profile under the japanese store if you wanted to buy from there? I only buy from the NA Store.. but technically it should work, right?

Your credit card has to have its billing address/be issued in that particular region. The only way around it is iTunes cards (and lying about your address)...

is true. you can get japanese itunes cards on j-list i think it is or ebay.
and then when it asks for an address put like. akb's theater address for the lulz.

I did look on the Japanese Itunes store. The only thing they got is Oogoe Diamond and Chocolove.
Not a bad start but that's why I want as many ppl as possible to request em for the US store.
You don't have to buy just pin a a req anyway pleeeze!!
