She's #6 apparently, right in the middle holding the banner. Too bad she hasn't made it into Hello! Project over the years.

I'm still upset that H!P didn't even pick her up as a KSS. What a waste of talent and pre-established fanbase.

She auditioned. The girls in the photo are the ones who passed the second round for Kagawa Prefecture. There are still 6 other prefectures with 10-18 winners each, so the last round is literally her vs 100 girls. But based on where she's placed in the photo, she probably has a high chance of getting in.

Holy crap. My fingers are crossed for her. I'd rather her go to a AKB48 sister group than never make it as an idol.

I have no clue about what is going on with the 48 group, so I have to google STU48, and I ran into BKN48. What?!!!? I cannot imagine something like AK8 in my home country.

I like the idea of STU48 though. They could basically do a world tour on their cruise.

Oh man, I'm relieved I like this. I was not feeling Gugudan at all, which is such a shame because I LOVED IOI and Kim Nayoung. I really like this though.

As for Cuca - didn't she say her dreams of being an H!P idol was basically impossible because her family just didn't have the money to move? This is a good compromise for her. I hope she makes it so she can see what being an idol is like.

Yeah... Gugudan's debut song was so lackluster, I could understand that Sejeong and Mina fans only focused at I.O.I for the time being. They're a group filled with good vocalists and they finally release a main track that does them justice. I hope things goes good for them.

Re: Cuca: I don't think relocating was a problem for her debuting in H!P, if she won any of the past 5 H!P auditions. I'm sure H!P is not gonna let a family struggle like they did to Koharu back in 2005 again. The issue was that the other way to debut in H!P, by joining Hello Pro Kenshuusei, is basically impossible for her. The membership fee, the constant travel to and from Tokyo, etc. It's too much for someone who isn't from a well-off family outside of Tokyo.

But yeah, joining a AKB48 sister group is a good compromise. She has been doing various 46/48 group covers recently and she said that Sashihara Rino is her oshimen. She must have been super happy knowing that Sasshi is going to be in STU48. Hopefully, she successfully passes the audition.

I hope Cuca doesn't get buyer's regret after the first couple handshake events if she gets in.

That was fast. It took After School and f(x) 5-to-6 singles to drift a little too far off of the mark for me, it only took Gugudan 1. I actually enjoyed their first release. This song is just okay, the video didn't save it. The costuming is my favorite part of the package as a whole.

I feel like I've been blessed by that gugudan MV. I can remember this song, which is more than I can say for that last title track of theirs.

Now I'm anticipating GFRIEND's comeback.
