Concerning this song, Eric Fukusaki, an UP-FRONT artist (http://www.ericfukusaki.com/), wrote some feelings about it:

"In a day of 2016, I was extremely tired and during a nap, the song "Peanut Butter Jelly Love" appeared in my dream.
In this dream, I saw clearly a girl who was sitting in front of a table in the kitchen and scooped up with a butter knife peanuts butter and strawberry jam from a bottle on white bread, and while she was spreading it she began to sing the intro scene in English; this is how the song came to me.

After this, even after I woke up the "Peanut Butter Jelly Love" reminded in my ears and I kept it in a voice memo.
This kind of thing rarely happens so I think this is a gift from heaven.

Concerning the theme of the song, it is a youthful story about a girl who felt for the first time in love with a boy, with somehow the sense of Valentine. In order to maintain this theme, I put in the song demo some modifications of rhythm and nostalgic tones with some cute, heartrending, exciting, trembling, glittering feelings.
In addition, I made a draft from the English sounds I heard in the dream and Yoshiko Miura broadened the horizons of the lyrics to the world.

Because this song had been created from the heart, I think that the result of this cute and good song fits totally the power of Country Girls.

"Peanuts Butter Jelly Love" will be released on February 8th 2016 so I am really looking forward to this day!
