I finally had time to get to the post office and pick up a package (which had arrived well before the 25th) from Osaka 
It turned out to be full of wonderful Secret Santa things (I'll post pictures later tonight)!

OK -- Secret Santa Pictures!
Fun gacha stuff, plus a very organic writing set, and a fortune for the new year!
The fortune was good, by the way, and pretty appropriate (in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean).
Drooling/writing cat clock and ring puzzle:
A closer look at the writing set -- aspargus pen and mayonnaise correction paper. With my handwriting, I'm going to need to use a lot of mayonnaise with that asparagus!
Aerial view of the drooling cat clock, ring puzzle, and fortune dude. The cat and the fortune dude now have a place of honor on my kitchen "please don't let an earthquake knock this stuff over" display shelf.

Glad you liked it! And I'm relieved that your fortune had English on it!! The one I got for myself that was in the same section (but a panda) had Japanese only. So what luck~ Gacha Machines have all the best random and strange knickknacks.
