There's such a difference between who I want to see in (Kaede, Ichioka Reina, Momohime) and whom I think will make it (probably more lackluster girls at lest at first until they refine them, the way Mizuki and Sakura were, I guess)

But those three girls though. That would be so great (except for my wallet because goddamn the goods buying that would entail........)

I don't see Inoue mentioned much but it wouldn't be so crazy. I get the impression Captain likes her and that recently that has counted in quite a few KSS favour.

I think besides RuRu Inoue Hikaru has been the one I've been rooting for for a while now. I love a god underdog !!

Hikaru would definitely be okay with me. I remember all the hubbub from her improvement over the last couple of public diagnostics events, so I like to think people would generally be happy to see her be promoted.

(I wouldn't at all be mad if they purposefully left some of the older or more trained KSS to be part of the inevitable spiritual successor to °C-ute, that I assume we'll get sometime in the second half of 2017. Someone has to inherit those Airi parts. )

That's fan theory, and based partially in comparisons between Berryz being more immediately popular (Kobushi) and °C-ute having to wait/work longer to get there (Tsubaki). They were referred to as being part of the "tribute" (for lack of a better word) to Berryz that Kobushi is also part of. They have been given the task of covering Berryz songs (alongside Kobushi), and they also hold the Factory/Kobo name.
