First thoughts on the new songs from the album (iTunes released)
-Isogaba Maware - definitely gives me "Smells Like Teen Spirit" vibes from the intro, but beyond that it's a pretty good song, but I'm not sure if I would've placed right as the first song.
-Mijiku Hanjuku Torotoro - Dunno about this one, I mean it comes off as a bit too happy for the group? Like a forgotten S/mileage or Buono! song maybe? Maybe it'll grow on me, but I really wasn't into this one...
-Kenmei Blues - Damn, I reaaaaally like this song...it's just edgy and gives me this cowboy western vibe and that's something you don't get so often with H!P so I commend this!
-Zanshin - Oh yay harmonica~ I'm not fond of slow songs, but this (and Kobushi no Hana) really sent the group to a new side and I want to see this side of them used more than the growling kind we've been getting. It just has a lot of soul in it and it's one of the better songs!
-TEKI - Too short...but energetic I'll give it that
-GO TO THE TOP!! - Maybe it's just me, but this one fell to the background for me...sounds a little like Bacchikoi Seishun! I would say it's ok, but that's only since it's suitable to their style of music.
-Kobushi no Hana - Ballad song, great vocals, just a powerful song to finish things up...
