I think the ideal ratio would be three "aces", plus at least three girls struggling to become aces, and at least three girls who have personality but who are struggling to keep up.

Well right now...
Aces:
1) Ai-Chan
2) Reina
3) Riho (it doesn't matter if her voice isn't up to par, she's being treated like an ace. She does have a personality issue like Ai-chan though; kinda boring)
Struggling Aces:
1) Gaki-San (talented, just constantly overshadowed by Ai-chan)
2) Mizuki (She should be ace level considering she was an egg, but again, overshadowed by Riho)
3) Sayumin (personality for miles and miles, hell, she IS the personality of MM. But she's not exactly the best performer. She's getting more lines though so semi-ace? The face of MM but not the voice? Lol)
Personality but not necessarily super talented (yet):
1) Kanon (I believe her personality got her in...)
2) Eripon (KY for miles and miles)
3)

Others:
Aika (honestly, not much personality. But her performances are getting better and better.)

Basically, Tsuku needs to fill the ace gap that Ai-chan will leave (preferably by multiple girls because there's no way Reina and Riho can handle all the ace-ness of Ai). Kanon and Eripon are doing well with personality but there needs to be more talent. Riho's lucky she's talented because she's really boring. Mizuki's boring too but can hold her own compared to Kanon and Eripon.
Sayu can keep being Sayu because she keeps raking in money from her tv appearances, there's not much time left for Gaki plus her status has been pretty much cemented. Hopefully Aika can start getting more lines since her voice is no longer horrendous and giving Aika more lines will probably be an easier fix than for her trying to change her personality.


As far as the ten finalist I like Haruna. Mostly because she can fill the age gap between Aika and the 9th gen. Plus, she's pretty. I guess I kinda like Ishida Ayumi and I'm kinda rooting for Murakami Sara. Her voice isn't bad plus her shirt is pure win.

I feel Like Mizuki is the one who is getting the least love (especially within the PV's -_-). I hope Sara, Haruka, Haruna and Ayumi get it !

Is this her wiki page? The profile fits her. I don't know how accurate it is, but I think it says that Iikubo Haruna is her real name, and Hau Dan is her stage name.

So her stage name was Dan Hau, and her real is Iikubo Haruna.

She has a sister. And used to work under her real name until 2009 then she went with that other place from which she graduated in February 2010.
She likes to draw and is in the art club in school. Her specialty is to make good flower arrangements. She has two cats named "Silky" and "Rai".
