After she quit her last agency, that guy was probably her primary means of support. She never did very well as an independent, so she doesn't have anything banked. She may be on the edge now, in more ways than one.

Some life coaching could really help her. It sound like she doesn't like herself, I think we've all been there.... I hope she gets the help she needs.
