Both sets of costumes are great, but I really love the casual stuff. Something about them feels just right.

Given that CDJapan is the website for foreigner sales (http://www.neowing.co.jp is the Japanese-language site), it feels like it would be very misleading for them to have that note on their site if no foreign sales are counted.
I've sent an email to CDJapan re: Oricon & Billboard Japan.

Hello.

Thank you for contacting CDJapan.

Oricon takes data from some online shop, and we are one of them.

However, Oricon only counts orders shipped within Japan, and they do not count any order that is sent to consumers outside of Japan from any store, and we are no exception.

Basically, Oricon thinks it is their mission to offer marketing information within Japan, and they think the information will not be accurate if they counted orders that were sent outside of Japan.

As for Billboards, they do not take data from us.

I like how they used "they think" than "they believe." Maybe CDJapan isn't a fan of Oricon's rules as well.

Since CDJapan = Neowing, maybe Billboard doesn't get much information from online only stores. From what I've heard from the other site, Billboard reports from 3,900 stores while Oricon reports from 23,800. Hopefully, they can be able to get sales report from more stores as time passes and I hope they do more than a news post with a rounded amount in the future.
