45k is a decent first day. Good for them! We certainly can't assume "billboards do nothing" because we don't know, they might've gotten 30k without the promo.

oh I'm not that disappointed, although I am sad about the drop.

The last time it was this low was The Power/Kanashiki Heaven with 42k sales that totalled to 57k. So I'm not worried at all.
I was just really curious to see how this single would perform. Their previous single wasn't as good as this one but had a lot of promotion and ended up being their best selling single.
So I was hoping that since the quality of this single was a lot better and a triple a-side, that they would outdo themselves with this release.

Gauging from their usual weekly rank. I guess they could get up to the 60,000 range but they will need to promo their asses off this week if they want anything higher. Sell them signed posters, add a few more handshakes, open up another box set slot. Something to pull in a large chunk of sales in a short period, because they are just SO close to that golden #1.

^^It could have just been promotion, (the tie-ins and what not) but I think Japan genuinely liked that single as well. I still hear that ballad from the last single on the radio, surprisingly.

yeah even though not a lot of people on here might've liked their last single. it was still a very enjoyable mainstream single.

Though, I wasnt too crazy about the other song as much (I guess to the point that I dont even remember the name, I just remember the cool "arasu~~~nda~~~" and C-ute with fire magic PV scenes lol)

I really like this single overall though so I also didnt expect a somewhat big drop, but as others said it's not so bad and they're still really consistent.

I honestly have felt like this single was a great breath of fresh air after the dullness that was the last single. The PVs for this single are characteristically C-ute perfection. But hey, I think the promotion is what really helped their last single and maybe this single is a lot less mainstream. Who knows. It's still too early to say for the sales. This isn't the first time that they debuted on the charts weak and then made up for it by the end of the week.
