[4/20] ℃-ute 29th single : Naze Hito wa Arasoun Darou? / Summer Wind / Jinsei wa STEP!

Summer Wind was not what I was expecting at all from the title. I really like it. I think I like it and Jinsei was STEP equally, but in completely different ways. (Though Airi's opening line in Naze hito is solid as well). After a year of slowly loosing interest in their music, I'm glad to be enjoying their stuff again.

I haven't listened to Summer Wind and Jinsei yet, but I'm totally buying this single only based on the covers (and to support C-ute, of course)

A strong single with non-current styles of music. I really like it.

Definitely different from their kinda-generic style, which is great, not sure about the songs yet though personally. I could see it selling pretty well though

Of the three, I think Summer Wind is my favorite. It vaguely reminds me of Memory Seishun no Hikari in places.

Holy crap, I love Summer Wind. I absolutely expected a sunny, breezy picnic song and got a nice walk in the rain instead.

I thought C-ute would go three singles in a row without touching my heart somehow but the streak has ended. Happy.

THIS PV This was my least favorite of the 3 songs and when I saw the outfits I was like... what? But this PV is amazing. The background singers, the band, the video production, the whole thing is awesome.

Cool PV, not a fan of the song too much.
I love how they stuck in actual backup singers and instrument players for the pv.
(though knowing how most pv's are made, it's just some random guys they stuck with instruments and said "pretend to play)
