Yeah this def. sounds like a Momusu song. It's great though.

I dunno... it feels like a 100% ANGERME song for me... power songs just equal ANGERME for me nowadays. I don't hear this and think "Morning Musume could pull this off" and actually that's worrisome for me... I don't know how I feel about that thought...

As for the song itself though.. I can't stop listening to it... even just the preview. It puts Taiki Bansei to shame with its catchiness and power and considering how good TB is... I feel like anyone could listen to this and find it a good and catchy song... like it's mainstream enough to go viral if that makes any sense. I want to show people who have no interest in idols cause I want them to hear it as a song and nothing to do with its idol-ness.

Angerme's Tsugitsugi Zokuzoku is selected as the background music for the morning news show Charge 730's weather corner on TV TOKYO. Wada Ayaka was previously a weather girl for Charge 730.

Watching the HinaFes clip I am absolutely blown away with how well the girls performed the dance. Kamiko held her own and Takechan owns it.

Also I love how Tsugitsugi plays out. I'm actively listening right up to the last second and fully enjoying the entire journey.

I remember reading that someone studied the top song lists and determined that in general what distinguishes hits from less popular songs is that the most successful songs tend to rely much more on repetition. Looks like somebody took that to heart with TtZz. It's become a cliche to say that Song X has a Kpop feel to it but yeah that too.

Songs generally do well with the public when they have a catchy hook. And they have have a similar style to them that's in the moment. That's what I feel about the American pop chart. There's a lot of songs that sound the same. Kpop also has this and I think general Jpop does too.

At least it's H!P without being too into the generic Jpop. Hopefully they'll find their sweet spot soon enough.

I love the outfits for Angerme though. Flashy without being overstated. They all look pretty good.

I haven't put a song on repeat in a few years, but this may be on a loop once the studio version is out. :fear:
