The point is, you're judging her matureness based on a couple of minutes of a good-bye speech with her friends (who are all laughing), coming from a 14 years old idol who is probably both sad and excited about leaving H!P affter 7 years.
And if she is indeed immature, she's 14. And even if immature, she made a quite bold life decision and she's firmly standing by it. I bet she's been told stuff like "don't leave, you're making good money and becoming famous" plenty of times.
