SSR Makino Maria and SR Sasaki Rikako in the 新人 "New Member" Gacha.

Songs (maybe all? not sure) are half consumption cost.

(Unsure translation) Drastically increase probability of leveling up idol skills when training, as well as chance of getting 大成功率 (this is the golden text you see at the end of training to indicate your training resulted in double exp).

There's also this thing where, aside from the live rewards, you have a fixed probability of obtaining a card with a skill? (I really couldnt understand this part.)

Maybe you have a chance to level up skill in live? I didn't have the phone now, so I can't check.

Edit: After read the news it's say get card holding skill, so certainly you just have chance to get card with Stage Appeal, so then no new card anyway.

I just got R Miki-chan from the gacha! I'd much rather SSR makino, but it works too.
...I mean, without doubt the R miki is gonna be added eventually anyway...

They brought back the SR Sato Masaki and Clover Stage Appeal costumes event (they will drop as Live Rewards for the duration of the current event)

Event 桜咲く 大還元祭
---From 3/31/2015 Tuesday (After Maintenance) until 4/14/2015 Tuesday 1:59 PM JST
---SR Satou Masaki is an event Live Reward drop
---"Clover" Clothes, Positive Heart (med), Total 4 pieces (Top/Dress, Crown, Bouquet, and Boots) are event Live Reward drops

I think they really did accidentally kill the chance to get them the later half of last event so they're trying to make it up now.
