That's a shame but I guess when you have that many members joining you're gonna have quite a few leaving too. I like AKB/SKE (Sayaka I miss you...) but I know they would be the last idol group I'd join. You may pass the audition of thousands but you still have to fight like one hundred girls for every second of stop light. At this point most of these members are just front girl substitutes. You've got to fight for what members for MM take for granted.

Kawaei Rina is graduating . It's understandable though, the things she's been through.


Also, I can't wait until NGT48 officially comes out. Each ***48 group has a unique image that makes them all different from each other, so I'm wondering what they'll be like.

Speaking of new 48 groups, I'm wondering what made Aki-P even consider MNL48 (which was reported a few months back)? Granted, AKB fans outnumber us H!P fans (with some being fans of both groups), but there's no real market for idol music and groups here. It's just so different from what we have, and many Filipinos have an aversion to anything that will make them spend money - and following idols are expensive.

I never heard of MNL48, but I did hear about a SPR48 project (Sapporo 48). What happened to that? Was it ever truly debunked/confirmed?

I'm more excited about NGT48 than TPE48 tbh.

It was in the news late last year. All Akimoto said was that he has "plans". He also said he wanted another group in Okinawa.

With the re-opening of the TPE48 auditions and now NGT48, I can't see MNL48 happening for a long time though. Probably not until another 48 group disbands.

Toriizaka46 will be a thing soon. They are holding auditions for first generation.

Nope, she didn't get much in the way of work.

However it's only been roughly a year since she has graduated so maybe she wanted a year off or something?

She still got like 3 movies since graduation, one of which where she got the lead role so it's not THAT BAD either but I don't think it's anything high profile.. + like one drama + one lead role in a drama ...
