I'm still unsure of a good way to make gifs because gifyoutube always starts/ends the videos at bad times. (without the milliseconds which are helpful...)

So I was walking back from training today when this happened
What's most surprising is that the music that loops in this shopping area is 80% late 90s/early 00s jpop, so I had a bit of a WHAT THE- moment.
