Okay Karin looks really good and all but that closeup wasn't necessary. I don't want people to mistake her for 12th gen lol.
That said the dance for seishun and yuugure is looking really good. Guess thats why ima koko kara's dancing was so simple.

^ Well, Ima Koko Kara's dance was suppose to be simple cause I think one point of it is so that other kids can dance along (and not the backup dancer kids, I mean the PreCure young audience represented by the backup dancers) and also it was based on the anime movie's dance, so I'm assuming UF didn't make the choreography (or didn't change the original choreography that much).

I noticed Maachan's piano was less exaggerated than the concert performance, which I'm guessing was because there's closeup for this PV and there's not really a closeup during the concert, and totally love Maachan I agree about Ayumi looking more stunning with her new haircut.

I think the dance for "Seishun" looks pretty messy in the H!S preview, but I have a lot of hope for the full PV and the dance shot (as I recall thinking the "Management" dance also looked off in it's preview, but I enjoy it much more in the actual PV).

*sigh* Well looks like it's not just the H!S version. It's the promotion version that they'll use on TV as well. I guess I just had high expectations. It's not even that this version is bad or anything, I love the parasol close ups, but I was excited for the new blood and new ideas. I guess it'll be included as an extra version on the single? Or even though it's not the PV it's still the MV? Hopefully it'll get a nice TV debut at least.

Edit: Looking at the tracklist it seems we'll either get it as the MV or not at all.

I think Fuji TV is being stubborn about the release of Shibue Shuhei's directed version of Seishun kozo ga naiteiru. They own him and the MV. Shibue Shuhei hasn't said much about a full release of the MV on his twitter yet.

Or they knew UF will make shit ton of money from the single, so they requested ridiculous licensing fee, and UF said no.
In any case, I feel sympathy to Shibue Shuhei. He worked hard and made good MV but just ended in a business trap.
If we are not going to see the MV, I wish UF will review his work and officially hire him for other singles in the future.

I doubt that. All of that would have been in writing before they announced the contest, much less produced the video.
