Upfront registered a trademark for both Kobushi Factory and Magnolia Factory on February 24th, 2015.

^ Just so there is no confusion the trademark is for the logo/image. The name "Magnolia Factory " belongs to another company.
It seems to me UF will only be able to use Magnolia Factory in conjuncture with こぶしファクトリー as they can claim it is a translation of the group's name.

That's like, a terrible logo. at all.
They better change it up, and they obviously will. xD

Let's just hope that sometime during their indies or by the time they major debut, they level up the image...like add SOMETHING, it can't be just plain text on a white background, that definitely kills the colorfulness and the vast number of great meanings that defines "Kobushi". It's like they wanted to focus on the blandness that can be sometimes associated with the word "Factory", which seems like a constant, never changing, routine, a chore, and something that produces the same without variety.

They can always just change the logo and have that trademarked right? I mean...we just got that with C-ute, I'm guessing it's not TOO tedious and/or costly (time/money).

Kobushi Factory performed their first Nen ni wa nen studio live on today's episode of The Girls Live.

Wow these girls have really earned their debut. They are all very talented. They are great singers and solid dancers and not to mention they really have a spunk to them. It's a different way from country girls, but that's a good thing.

Also the two DVD songs including this song is amazing, but I'm trying to not get too excited because I think when they debut their style will change. Either way I'm really looking forward to their future as a group.
