[2/4] ANGERME (アンジュルム) 1st single : Taiki Bansei / Otome no Gyakushu

I'm really looking forward to the dance shot version of the PV because I really want to see how the new members are doing. The PV itself is nothing special coming from H!P but I did like the freeze shots with their names on them, it's a nice touch.

Disappointed Otome no Gyakushuu wasn't shown today.

I love it. Loving the quick edits and the different angles. The closeup scenes are a bit weird but eh. Rina is boring, Maho is lost.
Other than that everyone looks amazing.
And finally getting to read the lyrics I just reconfirmed my love for Takui's songs, too. More of him in H!P plz. Really looking forward to his version of this song, too.

Meimi said in the MC that she loves the song and that during her closeup she even cried a few times cause she was so touched by the message of the song. How adorable is that. <3

That's the same 1-2-3 background that I've always hated in the dance shot

The close ups don't match the dance shot

I even hate the name freeze frame thing. It looks cheap and out of place.

This song is amazing and the PV is just generic and it ruins the song.

Honestly even the outfits I wish were different

The other day I said I wished it was more like Dance de Bakoon and I stand by that. At least something more interesting.

Otome no Gyakushuu has a perfect PV judging from previews. I don't know why Taiko Bansei didn't get as good of a PV.
This song could have been something very special. It could have been a total breakout hit. But a bad or even boring PV really takes a lot away from the song....

I just wish they took the dance shot and the close-up shots and placed them against some pastel-colored background...
Adding a colorful sheet behind the girls isn't enough to convey the energy of the song IMO.

But nonetheless it's still an AMAZING song and I can't stop listening to it

...Eiyasa! Brother had a really interesting PV for a H!P song, why not make it more like that?

I like the covers a lot, even the English titles. I haven't really listened to the songs much at all, but I like what I hear of Taiki Bansei in the PV preview. The new girls are gorgeous.

But Meimi needs to change up her hair, stat. The short curled hair with her goofy grin just looks ridiculous.
