[2/4] ANGERME (アンジュルム) 1st single : Taiki Bansei / Otome no Gyakushu

I like Taiki Bansei, but I'm gonna need to hear more of it before I make a full judgement. So far, it just feels super repetitive. Otome is... well, I'll wait until I hear a full version of that too.

I just need some HaroSute footage, because everything feels so cluttered in those short concert clips right now (the dance, the formations, the outfits, this lineup).

Taiki Bansei just reminds me of... Meimi. Idk why, but the song reminds me of Meimi.

I said this a few posts earlier: I think the chorus track is mainly Meimi. Which is why I'm curious to see the song credits when the CD is out.

Hmmm.... I know you said that, but I don't mean just that... (obviously I hear waaay too much Meimi than normal but...) I mean, the aura the song gives off is a very Meimi aura.

I also think Murotan is also very high in the mix during the chorus because you can hear her very precise clear vocal. So I think Meimei delivers the punch, Murotan then twists the knife for the killer chorus. They're all definitely singing but yeah it's more about who they've given more prominence, it does sound like the vocals are recorded individually then layered even though they're mostly unison lines.

We'll find out soon enough, when we get a better quality version of the song so we can take off the singing tracks to see the backing.
