[11/26] Michishige Sayumi graduated from Morning Musume. '14 at Yokohama Arena

Japanese fans are worried Sayumi pulled a Kamei. Her name was removed from the Up-Front Create website, which could imply Sayumi left the agency and retired from the entertainment industry. She still appears under H!P OG though.

As a comparison, Ayaya, who has been on hiatus for at least over a year, still appears on the OG and UFC pages. On the other hand, Mitsui, who clearly isn't active right now, is still a H!P member. Only time will tell if Sayumi comes back...

But wouldn't Sayu have said so if she were leaving forever? If there's one thing she's known for, it's for caring about her fans, and surely she would have let them know if she wasn't going to be back so that they could give her a proper farewell.

I've never seen her in the UFC website. And this is coming from a person who went back and forward on that page since her graduation.

I think having her in the OG section means she's still in UF, but went on hiatus immediately after she graduated. It wouldn't shock me if she wasn't signed into any agency yet.

Also, is it me, or I feel like she fits J.P.Room more than Up-Front Create?

News have speculated about this since she graduated. Saying she's finally able to "be who she is" since she has left and now doesn't have to be leader etc anymore. As though she thought of being one as a burden. Those articles totally pissed me off.
And speculations like these do as well. She said she'd take a break. If that means she hasn't reallg renewed her contract, so what? We, as fans, should know Sayu enough not to doubt her to be honest. If she was considering full retirement she would have said so. If she goes on vacation and decides to retire, she will probably let us know. She gave a very heartfelt speech to her fans during her graduation that expressed just how much they mean to her. There's no way she would go on about it this way.
I also think Sayu likes her fans way too much to retire tbh. But that's just me lol

I think it is what it is. Shes taking a break and she probably hasnt decided what to do after that. When she feels ready she will make a decision on what to do next.

Yup. Plus, knowing Sayu, she'll probably wait to make her appearance at the right time, one that would bring up big positive attention to the group too.
