「HelloPro Tap Live」 is the rhythm and action game which all of H!P members appear , And, You can grow idols in the game too!

You get artists with Lottery Gacha( not free) and game-points and make a unit and clear various rhythm games!
If you tap the marks with music.

I've been waiting for a HP Rhythm game ever since I heard Tsunku made Rhythm Heaven

important point:
although iTunes and Google Play is international it'll probably be a Japan store exclusive because it'll be too much of a hassle on their side to manage an english version.
when the AKB music game came out, I still played it, but you need to organise your own Japanese accounts and play around with it. but I wouldn't put money into it unless you know the language otherwise it'll be too risky.

If it works like Love Live! Then you buy "hearts" in order to randomly roll for new members cards in the Hearts section to get Rare's to Ultra Rare's. In Love Live, you can't even maximize the card until you get two of the same card and feed one to the other, unlocking it's "Idol form".

There's also a free roll once a day in the Friend Point section (Which you get commons 90% of the time but you can get Rare's and stuff.) and every 200 friend points you get you can roll in the FP section.

THe good news is, in Love Live!, there are lots of ways to EARN hearts just by playing the game and logging in each day. But if you want to be the very best as soon as possible, you can just buy a ton of hearts.

This game has one thing on the Love! Live! game though, you're able to make your own idol and design what she looks like. In Love Live you're just some shadowy producer.

In Google Play: I was able to get the Vegetable Juice Alarm app on my phone (and it wasn't translated at all) with little difficulty, plus Google Play has a ton of Otome Game apps without English translations, so maybe it'll be the same.
