I was watching episode 30 from Kamen Rider Decade and for a second I thought that Ogawa Makoto had a minor part as the Fangire Queen:

It's not a perfect resemblance, but in the episode it gets better from longer shots. Too bad that the character doesn't do the imperious laugh even though she is a queen. (That might come from being a sea cucumber.)

I was thinking that Ayumi's facial expressions and the way she moves her body when she's given the chance to be funny kind of reminds me of Jim Carrey. Not a lot, just a hint. (I love Jim Carrey, so that's a great compliment coming from me. )
